How Day Butler App collects, uses, and protects your data.
Day Butler App is operated by Pierre Kull ("Day Butler App", "we", "us"), who acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Day Butler App collects basic account data (your email address and name), tasks you create, information you deliberately share or drop into the app, and basic usage data. Day Butler does not connect to or scan your email or calendar accounts. Payment information is handled securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and is not stored by us.
We use data to operate and improve the service, secure your account, and respond to support requests (legal bases: contract performance and legitimate interests).
We do not sell personal data.
We share data only with service providers that host and operate the service, with Paddle.com for payments, subscriptions, tax compliance, and invoicing, and with authorities where required by law.
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. We protect it with encryption in transit and at rest and strict access controls.
You may request deletion or correction of your personal data, or a copy of it, by contacting support@day-butler.app. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority; we respond to requests within one month.
