The agreement between you and Day Butler App.
Day Butler App provides digital tools for task and routine management. The service is operated by Pierre Kull ("Day Butler App", "we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use it lawfully.
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of others' intellectual property, or interference with its security (malware, probing, scraping). You are responsible for activity under your account.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or security risk.
